[ProWine Asia] Introduction to Craft Beers by Brewlander

Part of ProWine Asia (Singapore) 2018, brewmaster of Singapore’s gypsy brewery Brewlander & Co John Wei would be presenting an “Introduction to Craft Beers” session on Wednesday 25 April 2018 from 1pm to 2pm at the ProWine Asia Forum.

John Wei started his homebrewing journey in 2008 making beers in the humble comfort of his HDB flat – winning multiple homebrewing awards over the years – and went professional in 2016 with the launch of Brewlander & Co. John is also a certified BJCP judge, and commits his time to help grow the BJCP network of judges within Asia.

For this session he will be sharing about how craft beer is made, as well as popular style beers from different famous brewing cities around the world. Expect to learn fun facts about how local ingredients, historical events, immigration and technological advancements created many of the popular styles of beers today.
