Modern European restaurant Saint Pierre is organising a wine dinner on Thursday, 25th May at 7pm featuring the wines of Quilceda Creek.
Founded in 1979 by Alex Golitzin, Washington State-based Quilceda Creek is a highly-regarded winery – Robert Parker even named it as one of Washington State’s premier Cabernet Sauvignon producer. For this exclusive one-night event, Saint Pierre will be presenting Quilceda Creek’s signature Cabernets in a special vertical tasting paired with a seven-course dinner menu created by Chef Emmanuel Stroobant for the evening.
