As part of Robert Parker Matter of Taste 2017, Alma by Juan Almador will be hosting a wine dinner on 19 October 2017 at 7pm featuring a range of top Australian wines.
Specially prepared by Chef Haikal Johari of one-Michelin-starred Alma, the dishes will be paired with eight exquisite Australian wines along the varietals of Semillon, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This display of craftsmanship will reveal unique wines, some of which have a production of a mere 300 bottles, some hailing from 50-year-old vines and matured in French oak barrels.
