Rum Jam 2015 – Rum Dinner featuring Ian Burrell

As part of mini rum carnival Rum Jam 2015, Caribbean restaurant and bar Lime House will be organising a three-course gourmet Caribbean meal featuring rum-based cocktails prepared by UK-based award-winning mixologist and global rum ambassador Ian Burrell on 8pm 23 October 2015.
Burrell – who is also the founder and brains behind the “UK RumFest: The Rum Experience“- will be mixing up cocktails using authentic Caribbean rums by Mount Gay, to pair with the following courses:
- Stewed Oxtail Dumplings, or Crab Dumplings with Calaloo or Saheenas,
- Pan-fried Seabass in Caribbean spices, Lime House Signature Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Curried Rack of Lamb or Sweet Potato Gratin, and
- Deconstructed Piña Colada or Spiced Banana Cake.
Diners are also given a specially concocted rum aperitif before dinner begins and a rum digestif after dessert.
