As part of RVLT’s third-anniversary celebration this year, it is introducing a special food tasting menu on 22nd and 23rd September 2020. This Chef’s Celebratory Menu features highlights from its recently revamped food menu.
Pioneering natural wine bar RVLT will be toasting to its third anniversary this month, commemorating its transition from a pop-up to a fully-fledged establishment on Carpenter Street in 2017. To celebrate the milestone, RVLT will offering a special food tasting menu comprising of highlights from its recently revamped food offerings available on two nights – 22 and 23 September 2020.
This RVLT Chef’s Celebratory Menu comprises of six new dishes by Head Chef Sunny Leong at $48++ per person. This includes sampling portions of its Wild Spanner Crab, Caviar, Dashi Crystal Bread of fresh minced crab meat and caviar atop a translucent seaweed-based cracker, and Shio Koji Aged Futari Wagyu Striploin, featuring melt-in-the-mouth meat slices bursting with umami in each bite, among other dishes.
