Japanese tapas and sake bar Bōruto will be organising a sake pairing dinner on Tuesday 6 March 2018 at 7.00pm featuring sakes from three different sake breweries.
The six-course meal, prepared by chef Angus Chow, will be accompanied and paired with six different sakes from three illustrious, highly-regarded breweries. There’s two Tengumai sakes from Syata Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture, two Sawaya sakes from Matsumoto Shuzo of Kyoto, and the final two are Fudoh sakes from Nabedana from Chiba.
