As part of Singapore Cocktail Festival 2017, Chef Rishi Naleendra of modern Australian restaurant Cheek by Jowl and Luke Whearty, owner of award-winning bar Operation Dagger, will come together to create and present an innovative dining experience like no other on Tuesday 21 March 2017 at 6.30pm at Operation Dagger.

This four-course dining event will see Chef Rishi’s bold and original modern Australian plates, expertly paired with avant garde cocktail creations by Luke Whearty.
