As part of Singapore Cocktail Festival, Bago at Lime House will be offering a Jamaican buffet-style brunch followed by an Appleton Estate rum masterclass on Sunday 19 March 2017 from 11.30am to 5pm.
This double-barrelled event will first see patrons partake in a Jamaican buffet spread – inclusive of one Appleton rum cocktail – from 11.30am to 3pm that will be hosted by UK-based award-winning mixologist and global rum ambassador Ian Burrell, followed by an Appleton Estate rum masterclass and tasting presented – of their Signature Blend, 12YO and 21YO – by Campari brand ambassador Daniele Pirotta from 3pm to 5pm.
