There’s a little slice of 1950s Italy located in the eastern fringes of London’s SOHO; the tiny 25-seater Bar Termini opened by coffee maestro Marco Arrigo and cocktail alchemist Tony Conigliaro may have a tiny menu – offering various coffees, aperitivo cocktails and other tipples – but it’s the ultimate Italian experience. That experience will be brought to Singapore on Saturday 18 March 2017 at 7pm when Tippling Club hosts Bar Termini’s Gregory Camillò and Robin Kolek for a one-night only takeover held in conjunction with Singapore Cocktail Festival 2017.
On the menu that night are Bar Termini’s signature Negronis, expertly executed by guest bartenders Camillò and Kolek, peckishly paired with inspired Italian fare by Tippling Club’s Chef Ayo Adeyemi.
