#SGCW2016 Brunch Designed

Tanuki Raw’s signature melding of playful American street food with Japanese cuisine takes centre-stage during this cocktail brunch in the heart of the arts district.

Cocktail brunch includes a selection of 2 cocktails and use of Bloody Mary bar (mix and match garnishes and bloody mary base), inclusive of choice of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, etc). Limited to 40 pax.

Set meal

Truffle yakiniku don, foie gras truffle yakiniku don, garlic butter chicken, salted duck egg char siew, black garlic and roasted leek negitoro, spicy garlic miso tofu

Superstar Maki sushi roll
Mentaiko sauce negitoro over crispy mozzarella cheese. Topped with seasoned tempura flakes and okonomiyaki sauce

Beef Sliders
Thin sliced sirloin steak pan fried in Tanuki’s yakiniku sauce, tomato, fresh greens, umami gruyere and truffle mayo stacked in crispy house made mini malted brown butter buns
