One of our favourite places to catch a rum tipple, Caribbean restaurant and bar Lime House will be hosting a special guest in Jim Meehan, the author of “The PDT Cocktail Book” and New York City’s most meticulous bartender, on Saturday 19 March 2016 from 11am to 3pm for a Caribbean brunch as part of Singapore Cocktail Week.
Get to build your own brunch by picking your bread (Carribean fried bake or in-house freshly baked coconut bread, choose your style of eggs, and then select from over 10 traditional Caribbean ingredients like saltfish and jerk chicken to complete your meal. Jim Meehan will be on hand to turn the brunch into a party with his signature cocktails at $14++.
Price per person is $32++ for the brunch, and includes a Lime House signature homemade rum punch (10% off food orders for wristband holders). Cocktails are charged separately. RSVP here.
