Modern contemporary Chinese restaurant Mitzo, located at Grand Park Orchard, is well known for its more modern take on Cantonese yum cha thanks to the cooking chops of celebrated chef Nicky Ng. For the Singapore Cocktail Week, Mitzo will be taking diners through a dim sum journey complete with a mixology experience.
Aside from the Cantonese dim sum eats, you also get to peruse a DIY cocktail station to shake up your own tea-infused tipples with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) elements, guided by Mitzo’s in-house mixologist.
This Cantonese brunch will take place on Saturday 12 March, Sunday 13 March and Saturday 19 March from 11.30am to 2.30pm. Price is $118++ per person, inclusive of food and free-flow cocktails.
