Raffles Hotel‘s Long Bar Steakhouse will be hosting Jared Brown, master distiller and drinks historian of London’s Sipsmith Independent Spirits in a gin brunch on Sunday 13 March 2016 from 12pm to 2pm as part of Singapore Cocktail Week.
Enjoy a casual Sunday afternoon with a semi-buffet brunch to be washed down with a free-flow selection of gin-based cocktails such as the Gin Fizz and Gin Sling, made with the Raffles 1915 – a special gin made by Sipsmith on behalf of Raffles Hotel using a blend of botanicals found in Asia such as jasmine flowers, fresh pomelo peel, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaf, nutmeg and cardamom.
