#SGCW2016 Rusty Cerven – Use of pickled ingredients in mixed drinks

As part of Singapore Cocktail Week, The Library will be hosting Rusty Cerven, bar manager of London’s The Gibson, for a trade and consumer workshop on Tuesday 15 March 2016 from 2pm to 4pm on how to use pickled ingredients in cocktails.

It’s not just about that cured olive in your martini; this session will see Rusty Cerven – he was champion for Bols Around the World 2013 – take you through the right ways to use pickled ingredients in your drinks, and highlight the practical benefits of this age-old tradition.
