The Singapore Cocktail Week rum dinner at rum temple Sugarhall, presented by Bacardi, will see mixology legend and the author of “The PDT Cocktail Book”, Jim Meehan take to the bar on Wednesday 16 March 2016 from 7pm to 9pm to pair with a 4-course dinner.
Meehan, founder of New York City’s PDT, will pair 4 cocktails with grub by Sugarhall chef Gary Lian.
