The Single Cask Presents: Island Adventures

Scotch whisky bar The Single Cask will be organising a whisky tasting session on Saturday 15 July 2017 from 7 to 9pm that will feature five different whisky expressions from Scotland’s Islands whisky region.

Sure whisky connoisseurs will no doubt be aware that there isn’t really an official designated whisky region for the various islands – they’re usually lumped together with the Highlands region – but many of those islands, such as Jura, Skye, Mull and Arran produce some exceptional whiskies that can be somewhat distinct from its Highland counterparts.

This whisky tasting will treat patrons to following selection of whiskies:

• Isle of Jura 14 Years Old (Carn Mor, Jura)
• Isle of Arran 17 Years Old (Cooper’s Choice, Arran)
• Tobermory 19 Years Old (Dun Bheagan, Mull)
• Talisker 7 Years Old (Douglas Laing, Skye)
• Ledaig 7 Years Old (Cooper’s Choice, Mull)
