Stellar at 1-Altitude celebrates romance this season with a special Valentine’s Day 5-course menu available on the evenings of 12th, 13th and 14th of February 2021.
If you’re looking for the perfect backdrop to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Stellar at 1-Altitude’s offering this season combines a specially curated menu for the occasion along with a sweeping skyline of Singapore’s city centre.
Stellar’s Valentine Day dinner menu – available on the evenings of 12th, 13th and 14th February 2021 – features its quintessential, progressive Australian cooking along while showcasing quality ingredients from around the world. Highlights from this exclusive menu include 4 Citruses Cured Trout with Fennel, Burnt Orange and Cucumber Rocks Sunchoke, topped with Smoked Fromage Blanc and Seaweed Spelt Granola, and the Blackmores Wagyu with Black Berries, Celeriac Textures, in Coffee Beef Jus.
Window seating on the 12th and 13th of February is priced at $188++ per person. On the actual day, it is priced at $188++ and $238++ per pax for a non-window seat and a window seat respectively.
For an even more exclusive experience, Stellar is offering its Private Suite Package for $1000++ (for two persons). The private suite will be fully dressed up for the occasion complete with candelabras and roses, and the package comes with a bottle of Perrier-Jouet champagne, and flowers and chocolates for the lady.
