Sugarhall turns 2

Rum-focused cocktail bar and restaurant Sugarhall will be celebrating its second anniversary on Wednesday 4 May 2016 from 7.30pm with a guest bartending shift from not just one, but two award-winning Japanese bartenders that evening.

Toshiyuki Kubo and Mariko Shigenai, both of ark LOUNGE&BAR from Hachinohe in Japan’s Aomori prefecture, will tend the Sugarhall bar to shake things up and get the party started. Toshiyuki Kubo was a finalist in DIAGEO World Class 2013 for Japan as well as the champion for Chivas Mizunara Masters Cocktail Competition 2014, while Mariko Shigenai was first runner-up of DIAGEO World Class 2014 Japan and Champion of Legend of Bartenders 2015.

We reckon that means there’ll be plenty of great cocktails for everyone at Jigger & Pony Group-owned Sugarhall that night.
