Part of “A Tale of Three Cities, an 8 Hands Restaurant Bar Exchange” as presented by Rémy Martin, Zui Hong Lou will be hosting Dead Ringer from Sydney, Australia for an exclusive tipples and tapas pairing experience on Thursday 12 April from 7pm to 11pm.
Chef Clement Goh and Bartender Sufi Hizrian of Zui Hong Lou (pictured), and Dead Ringer’s Chef Jamie Irving and Australia’s most-awarded bartender Tim Philips (also co-owner of World’s 50 Best Bars-listed Bulletin Place) will showcase the contrasting styles of clean, produce-driven Australian fare versus the rich, complex indulgence of Chinese cuisine. This exclusive gastronomic affair invites guests to explore and discover the intricacies and versatility of Rémy Martin Cognac Fine Champagne through exceptional cocktails and cognac-infused dishes.
Cocktails from the specially curated menus on both nights will be priced at $15++ and small plates will be priced from $14++ to $24++.
