Part of “A Tale of Three Cities, an 8 Hands Restaurant Bar Exchange” as presented by Rémy Martin, Zui Hong Lou will be hosting Manila’s Toyo Eatery and The Curator for an exclusive tipples and tapas pairing experience on Tuesday 10 April from 7pm to 11pm.
Newly-opened Zui Hong Lou will present a showcase of contemporary Asian gastronomy as Chef Clement Goh and Bartender Sufi Hizrian welcome Team Manila – Chef Jordy Navarra from Toyo Eatery (Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants’ Miele One To Watch) and Bartender David Ong (pictured) from The Curator (Asia’s 50 Best Bars) for a delightful juxtaposition of each team’s modern and elevated interpretations of traditional Chinese and Filipino flavours that are experimental and innovative, yet distinctly reminiscent of home.
This exclusive gastronomic affair invites guests to explore and discover the intricacies and versatility of Rémy Martin Cognac Fine Champagne through exceptional cocktails and cognac-infused dishes.
Cocktails from the specially curated menus on both nights will be priced at $15++ and small plates will be priced from $14++ to $24++.
