Te Ngahere Sunday Brunch at Idlewild

In collaboration with Tourism New Zealand, cocktail bar Idlewild will be hosting a special Te Ngahere Sunday Brunch that will showcase New Zealand ingredients along with free-flow cocktails.

Part of a three-day popup, the Te Ngahere Sunday Brunch at Idlewild – a sophisticated, retro-luxe cocktail bar that harkens back to the Golden Age of air travel – will feature dishes created by award-winning guest chef Craig Martin of Annandale Villas and cocktails by Idlewild’s own mixologist and Kiwi native Andy Griffiths. For the perfect laidback Sunday, this six 6-course brunch menu will showcase dishes using New Zealand mussels, salmon, a classic Sunday roast lamb, and the quintessential kiwi pavlova. Pair these dishes with unlimited cocktail creations from Griffiths, such as takes on the Tom Collins and Spritz using beers from Garage Project, wines from Pegasus Bay, and gins by Broken Heart.
