MONTI is unveiling its Finest Prosecco Brunch on Saturday 21 August and Sunday 22 August 2021 as part of 1-Group’s annual wine extravaganza Wine Lust.

Expect an especially lavish weekend brunch at MONTI at 1-Pavilion as part of 1-Group’s annual wine extravaganza Wine Lust. Best known for its elegant take on Tuscan favourites – and a cracking rooftop view – the award-winning waterfront Italian restaurant will be unveiling a brunch that will bring Tuscany to you, complete with an extensive all-you-can-eat menu and bottomless rounds of Prosecco.

MONTI’s weekend colapranzo menu offers up an eclectic Italian spread ranging from various familiar brunch favourites such as The MONTI ‘Eggs Benedict’ and Stracciatella Cheese, to rustic Italian fare such as Tuscan Pork Sausage Tortellini Stew, Spicy Italian Sausage, and Chicken Milanese Style.

There are various options for pasta lovers – Rigatoni Pasta and Spaghettoni Aglio Olio e Gamberi – while the carnivores among us are likely to go for the US Sirloin Steak ‘Rossini’ Style’ or Roasted Pork Belly.

MONTI’s all-you-can-eat ‘The Bay’s Finest Prosecco Brunch’ takes place on Saturday 21 August and Sunday 22 August 2021 from 11am to 3pm. It costs S$150++ per person including free-flow wines (or S$88++ without), and S$58++ per kid including free-flow non-alcoholic beverages (or S$44++ without). Kids under 6 years old dine for free.
