
Definitive luxury single malt whisky The Dalmore will be hosting The Dalmore’s Royal Feast, an exclusive whisky pairing experience at db Bistro & Oyster Bar on Wednesday 26 June 2019.
As part of its collaboration with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 as official whisky partner, The Dalmore is putting together The Dalmore’s Royal Feast, a carefully curated four-course dining experience that will be specially paired with its whiskies and cocktails made by them.
The four courses are inspired by the exquisite casks used to create The Dalmore King Alexander III, the world’s first single malt whisky that was finished in 6 different casks – Matusalem, Madeira, Marsala, Port, Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as the ex-bourbon barrels where the spirit underwent its initial maturation. The Royal Feast will be hosted by Stephen Martin, Whyte & Mackay’s Global Single Malt Whisky Specialist, who will be sharing stories – such as the single malt whisky brand’s Royal heritage and its age-old sacred approach to multi-cask maturation – as he takes guests through the four courses.

- The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve
- The Dalmore King Alexander III
