[Trade] Sidecar by Merlet cocktail competition Singapore final

Fine spirits purveyor La Maison du Whisky is organising a trade-only cocktail competition where bartenders in Singapore are challenged to recreate or reinterpret the classic Sidecar cocktail using Merlet cognac.
To qualify, competitors must submit by 30 May two original recipes (along with pictures) – a variation of the classic Sidecar using the Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac, and an original creation using any of the Merlet liqueurs – to LMdW.
The Merlet Brothers Blend is a modern style Cognac produced using eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois and Grande Champagne regions that has been aged for between 4 and 12 years.
