Tres Papas: The Filipino Invasion

In partnership with Don Papa Rum, Phat Cat Laundry is bringing together a trio of top Filipino bartenders together for a one-night only event on Thursday 11 May 2017 from 6pm till late.

David Ong of Manila’s The Curator will be joined by two Singapore-based bartenders in Cedric Mendoza from The Regent Singapore’s Manhattan and Yoma Rivera of 28 HongKong Street. They will be taking over the bar with their Don Papa cocktails created specially for this event; their shifts will begin at 8pm.
