Umani Ronchi wine dinner with Michele Bernetti

Organised in collaboration with wine distributor Alfa Wines, Italian restaurant Fratelli at Resorts World Sentosa will be hosting a wine dinner on Monday 7 May 2018 at 7pm that will feature the wines of Italy’s Umani Ronchi.

Since the beginning of its history, the Azienda Vinicola Umani Ronchi has distinguished itself as a great interpreter of most typical wines of the Marche and Abruzzo region. Winemaker Michele Bernetti, from the family that owns and runs Umani Ronchi, will be on had for this wine dinner that will see the food of Fratelli – the same flavours that gave the legendary Da Vittorio restaurant in Lombardy its three-Michelin-star standing since 2010 – paired with some of Italy’s finest Verdicchio and Montepulciano.
