Volpaia wine dinner at Grissini

Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel’s Italian restaurant Grissini will be hosting a wine dinner on Friday 9 December 2016 at 7pm featuring the wines of Tuscany-based Volpaia in collaboration with Certain Cellars.

Located in the heart of Tuscany’s Chianti Classico region, the wines of Volpaia operates within the walls of the village of the Castello di Volpaia itself. This dinner will be hosted by Federica Mascheroni – she’s from the family that owns the winery – and who will guide the wine tastings of the four-course Italian food and wine pairings.
