As part of World Gourmet Summit, contemporary Australian restaurant Salted & Hung presents a new edition of its signature beer pairing dinner with a new range of beers from Sydney-based Stockade Brew Co on Wednesday 12 April 2017 from 7pm to 11pm.
Salted & Hung has been offering a craft beer pairing with beers from Australian craft brewery Stockade Brew Co with its modern Australian eats for a while now, but for World Gourmet Summit it will be refreshing that craft beer lineup to match Chef Drew Nocente’s trailblazing culinary style.
New beers in this six-course beer pairing meal include the Roly Smoked Jalapeno Porter and the Mysterio Double IPA. This beer pairing dinner costs $108++ per person; you can book a spot here.
