Wine Fiesta 2017

Celebrating its 10th year, Singapore’s largest annual outdoor wine festival Wine Fiesta will take place from 27th to 29th October at Clifford Square beside the Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Set against the majestic Singapore skyline, guests at Singapore’s largest outdoor wine festival Wine Fiesta will be able to savour over 300 wine labels as they interact with some 60 global winemakers who will be present to share their knowledge. With the theme of “The Best Of”, this year’s Wine Fiesta will focus on some of the premium wines and popular producers from around to the world and embrace the elements that have made this festival of wine a unique experience and well celebrated.

To add on to the festivities, six renowned Singapore-based chefs from Monti, Morsels, Meat Smith, Salted & Hung and Maggie Joan’s will be specially creating dishes that will complement the wines on offer. With the chefs stationed at the counters of the offerings, guests will be able to visit “different countries” to find out the best of what that region has to offer. Throwing out decorum and formality, this wine fiesta is to encourage one and all to come on down and have a good time, learning and experimenting!

Kicking off this year’s festivities, is an exclusive Winemaker’s Table Dinner at Tamarind Hill, where diners will be offered the the opportunity to sample iconic wines and vintages with the respective winemakers playing host at their tables. Tickets for this dinner are priced at $150 nett per person and can be purchased here.

New this year, is the after-party. Each night after the tastings end, 8pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, there will be an after-hours wine party which is open to public, with wines available for purchase by the bottle or by the glass right by the Bay. Kilo Lounge, which plays host to international artists and DJs from all around the world, will curate the music and entertainment for the Fiesta.

All Wine Fiesta attendees will also be able to enter Kilo Lounge for free on both Friday and Saturday during the Wine Fiesta period.

Tickets for the 2017 edition of Wine Fiesta are $45 each or three for $99 and are available at SISTIC, Eventbrite or all eight Straits Wine Company retail stores.
