[Wine Lust] Antipodes: Cloudy Bay Wine Dinner

As part of the Wine Lust 2019 series of wine-based events, Stellar at 1-Altitude will be hosting the “Antipodes: Cloudy Bay Wine Dinner” on Tuesday 20 August 2019.
Cloudy Bay needs no introduction; the Marlborough based winery helped define New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that has swept the world in the past decade or so. But Cloudy Bay also makes a range of other definitive wines, and for this wine dinner diners will get to taste other varietals and back vintages as well.
Wines to be tasted at this dinner are:
- Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2018
- Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2017
- Cloudy Bay Te Koko
- Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2016
- Cloudy Bay Te Wahi 2015
- Veuve Clicquot Brut Rose NV
The wines will be paired with a seasonal menu by Executive Chef Chris Millar that will showcase the best of produce from New Zealand and Australia combined. The full wine and food pairing menu is given below.
