In collaboration with wine and spirits distributor Le Vigne Wines & Spirits, Salt Grill & Sky Bar will be hosting a wine dinner on Wednesday 14 June 2017 at 7pm featuring the wines of Woodlands Wines.
Founded in 1973, Woodland Wines hails from the Wilyabrup Valley in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia, producing wines that emulate those from the best of Bordeaux. Andrew Watson, co-owner and winemaker of Woodlands Wines will be present during the wine dinner, where he will guide diners through the wines even as they partake of the modern Australian cuisine from the acclaimed Salt Grill & Sky Bar.
