V-DINING will be hosting yum cha with Chef Sam Leong on Saturday 24 October 2020 featuring wines from Loire’s Pascal Jolivet.
In collaboration with premium Japanese wine retailer Enoteca, V-DINING by V-ZUG at Scotts Square will be hosting celebrity chef Sam Leong of Forest森 at Resorts World Sentosa for an exclusive yum cha session. Chef Sam will be using V-ZUG appliances in V-DINING to showcase his culinary flair and prepare a five-course yum cha tasting menu for participating guests.
The yum cha session will also be featuring a range of wines from Loire’s Pascal Jolivet. Domaine Pascal Jolivet is best known for its low-intervention mastery of Sauvignon Blanc made in the Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé subregions of France’s Loire Valley. Among the wines to be tasted is the highly-acclaimed Pascal Jolivet ‘Attitude’ Sauvignon Blanc, a Sauvignon Blanc produced on a single 57-acre estate in Touraine to the west of Sancerre.
