In collaboration with wine merchant Grand Vin, Stellar at 1-Altitude will be hosting an exclusive wine dinner on Tuesday 18 July 2017 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm as part of 1-Altitude’s 7th Grand Altitude anniversary celebrations that will feature the wines of Amelia Park.
Join Amelia Park’s Southeast Asia representative Jannik E. von Freiesleben, who will take diners through the gamut of high quality wines from the Margaret River, Western Australia-based winery. The wines – which include those from its Estate, Reserve, and Trellis collections – will be paired with a five-course menu showcasing the quintessential, progressive Australian cooking that has been synonymous with Chef Christopher Millar’s heritage, experiences, and culinary adventures.
