Enjoy great whiskies perfectly paired with delicious food specially selected to complement each other for the ultimate culinary experience. Lewis Mitchell, Le Vigne’s very own whisky nut will be around to answer all your questions about whisky.

Oysters Kilpatrick Style; Yellow Roe Cold Crab, paired with Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban

Ubin Mediterranean Platter (rock melon wrapped in home-smoked pork; grilled tri-coloured capsicums, iberico pork sausage, black and green olives, mushrooms and chilli prawns) paired with Ardbeg Uigeadail

Boston Lobster with Ee Fu Noodles paired with Ardbeg Uigeadail

Oven Baked Miso Black Halibut; Angle Gourd and Yam paired with Ardbeg Corryvreckan

Roast Turkey Ubin Style with all the trimmings, paired with Glenmorangie 18 Year Old Extremely Rare
