Tempus Two hails from Hunter Valley and has been a consistently good performer at IWSC events, most recently taking home the awards for Best Australian Wine and Best Semillon Trophy for their 2003 Tempus Two Copper Zenith Semillon at the 2015 Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition (HKIWSC).
Speaking at the event will be Andrew Duff, Winemaker for Tempus Two, nominated for “Best Young Winemaker” in 2013 by the Wine Society. The dinner will be held at OLA Cocina del Mar, a contemporary Spanish restaurant and bar. It features an open kitchen concept, serving only the freshest and most seasonal produce. Its main focus is on seafood from around the world.
