BenRiach presents an Evening of Chinese Delicacies at TungLok Signatures

For one night only, Benriach (via Malt & Wine Asia) is teaming up with TungLok Signatures as part of the Asian Masters series, which features the best of what the culinary scene in Singapore has to offer.
TungLok Signatures is helmed by Senior Executive Chef Li Man, who will demonstrate his creativity and mastery via an exclusive, traditional-meets-modern, six-course menu that features the best of Cantonese, Shanghaiese and Sichuan influences, coupled with TungLok’s distinctive touch.
Mouth-watering sauteed and French-baked prawns, double-boiled abalone, and pan-fried Iberico pork; these are just some of the dishes that will be paired with a specially curated line-up of BenRiach whiskies. These range from the ‘everyday dram’ of the Heart of Speyside to the rare 21YO and 25YO whiskies, so you’ll undoubtedly have a good idea of what the Benriach is all about, and how to pair them with exquisite Chinese cuisine.
