Casual Japanese joint Bincho will be hosting a wine pairing dinner on Monday 12 December 2016 at 7pm featuring the wines of Suntory-owned Japanese winery Tomi no Oka.
The four-course wine dinner will feature Chef Asai Masashi’s specialities including grilled omi wagyu and fugu sashimi & milt of cod ponzu, paired with the likes of Suntory Wine Japan Tomi no Oka Red, and the highly regarded Premium Series Muscat Bailey A (you can find out more about Tomi no Oka’s wines here).
