As part of 1-Group’s Wine Lust Journeys series of wine events, The Summerhouse will be collaborating with wine retailer The Straits Wine Company to host a wine dinner on Friday 4 August at 7.30pm featuring the wines of Chateau de Tracy.
Chateau de Tracy hails from Tracy-sur-Loire in the Loire Valley of France and makes wines under the eastern Loire appellation of Pouilly Fumé using Sauvignon Blanc. This wine dinner will see Chateau de Tracy winemaker Maxime Bourret introduce some of his harvest wines that will be paired with nature-inspired cuisine from Chef Florian Ridder of 1-Group (which The Summerhouse is part of).
