Domaine Frédéric Esmonin wine dinner at Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine

Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine at ION Orchard will be hosting a wine dinner in collaboration with wine distributor Wine Journey on Monday 22 January 2018 at 7pm featuring the wines of Bourgogne’s Domaine Frédéric Esmonin.

If you’re not familiar with Domaine Frédéric Esmonin, the family-owned house is based in Les Estournelles, Gevrey-Chambertin and produces around sixty thousand bottles per year.  Winemaker Frédéric Esmonin – who runs the domaine with the help of father André, mother Michelle, and cousin Sylvie – will be on hand to share with diners about the various wines on offer that’s paired with Teochew dishes.
