Don Melchor Vertical Wine Dinner at VUE Singapore

VUE Singapore will be hosting a Don Melchor vertical wine dinner on Monday 24 August 2020 featuring a vertical of wines from the premium Chilean wine producer.

One of Singapore’s newest rooftop restaurants VUE Sky Bar & Grill will be hosting a wine dinner featuring a vertical of Cabernet Sauvignon wines from highly-lauded Concha y Toro-owned wine brand Don Melchor.

This wine dinner will feature not only breathtaking views of Marina bay skyline, but also VUE Head Chef Sam Chin’s delectable culinary creations along with three different vintages of Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon wines, presented by three of Singapore’s top sommeliers.

Don Melchor wines featured include:

• Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
• Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
• Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
• Concha Y Toro Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc Maule Valley 2017

Gastronomic delights from VUE include Duo of Quail, Foie Gras Risotto, and Kokuou Emperor A5 Black Wagyu Sirloin to go with the Cabernet Sauvignons. This is followed by a trio of desserts of Chocolate Gateau, French Acacia Honey Layered Cake, and Raspberry Tart paired with the late harvest Sauvignon Blanc.

This Don Melchor wine dinner at VUE will take place on Monday 24 August 2020 from 7-10pm and costs $188++ per person ($168++ for early bird price). You can purchase your tickets at The Straits Wine Company website.
