An evening of beer and American cheese – Singapore Craft Beer Week

Craft beer bar Draft & Craft will be organising a cheese and beer pairing on the last day of Singapore Craft Beer Week at 1pm Saturday 31 October 2015. The cheese and beer pairing menu – a flight of four beers paired with four different American cheeses – is actually put together by well-respected American cheese expert Steve Jones, the owner of Portland-based Chizu and Cheese Bar. In fact, Jones will be – via broadcast through Skype – guiding patrons at Draft & Craft through the experience from Cheese Bar where the same pairing menu will be served to patrons there simultaneously.

Join Steve Jones and the patrons of Cheese Bar from Draft & Craft and toast fellow food and beer enthusiasts from across the pond.
