Jim Meehan guest shift at MO Bar: A Paloma & Flamingo Party

MO Bar at Mandarin Oriental Singapore will be hosting a Jim Meehan guest shift on Monday 18 March 2019 from 6 to 10pm.

Mixology legend Jim Meehan is founder of acclaimed New York bar Please Don’t Tell (PDT) as well as the author of “The PDT Cocktail Book” and “Meehan’s Bartender Manual“. He will be behind the bar serving up cocktails featuring East Imperial’s newly launched Grapefruit Soda, alongside MO Bar’s signature cocktail menu.

This Jim Meehan guest shift will see him prepare some specially created cocktails using East Imperial Grapefruit Soda that’s priced at S$24++ each. We’re assuming there will be a Paloma and Flamingo because (1) they use tonic, and (2) it’s in the party name.
