Award-winning Japanese-inspired steakhouse Fat Cow will be hosting an Ohmi wagyu beef pairing dinner on Thursday 15 November 2018 featuring sakes, whisky and gin from Beam Suntory’s alcohol stable.
This 7-course pairing dinner will see Beam Suntory’s whisky ambassador Jamey Merkel share about his company’s range of alcoholic tipples even as Japanese wagyu expert Noriyuki Shintani present on Ohmi beef, which uses Japanese black cattle grown in Shiga Prefecture and is considered amongt three top wagyu beef from Japan alongside Kobe beef and Matsuzaka beef.
