Paolo Basso Wine Masterclass at Ristorante Amarone

Crowned “Best Sommelier of the World” in 2013 by The Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (A.S.I.), Paolo Basso is the current holder of the world’s best sommelier title. Organised by the Ristorante Amarone, this is a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with one of the world’s leading wine experts.

With his exceptional palate, Basso will reveal his tasting notes for a range of eight carefully selected Italian wines, as well highlight their characteristics and provide insights into the different wine regions and grape varieties in Italy. He will also share tips on his own tasting techniques.
