Modern Australian steak house The Prime Society and wine distributor Certain Cellars will be presenting a wine dinner featuring wines from Sonoma County, California-based Rodney Strong Vineyards on 8 October 2015 from 7pm.
Possessing 14 different estate vineyards within Sonoma County itself, the winery produces wines from only grapes grown at these vineyards. Joining the wine dinner will be wine expert Steve Messinger, who will be representing Rodney Strong Vineyards and sharing on the four wines showcased that night. The wines will be paired with fresh barramundi, pork belly and braised beef prepared by The Prime Society’s chef Dallas Cuddy.
