In conjunction with Sake Festival Singapore 2018, Japanese kushiyaki restaurant and bar Panko will be putting out a special sake pairing dinner featuring sakes from Ehime Prefecture’s Seiryo Syuzo, makers of the Iyo Kagiya brand of sake.
This six-course dinner by Panko’s executive chef Asai Masashi will be accompanied of five different Iyo Kagiya sakes, two of which are limited edition – the ‘Seiryo Flower’ Iyo Kagiya Junmai Origarami and an unpasteurised Junmai Ginjo that are available for tasting at the festival and this dinner only.
