San Diego Spirits Festival returns for its 2023 edition, and will take place on 7-8 October with a lineup of over 20 luxury spirits.
Back for its 14th edition, San Diego Spirits Festival this year has announced an initial lineup of over 20 different premium spirits brands, including exclusive product launches. Hosted at Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego in La Jolla, this two-day cocktail and cultural event draws spirits enthusiasts, cocktail lovers, industry professionals and world-class producers together for a most spirited experience.
Among the participating brands at San Diego Spirits Festival 2023 include whiskey and bourbon distillers such as Uncle Nearest, Bob Dylan’s Heaven’s Door, Old Hillside, Sukari flavored whiskeys and Natterjack Irish Whiskey. Enjoy your vodka? Beattie’s Distillers will be launching its Potato Vodka, otherwise there’s Plush Vodka or Beam Suntory’s launch of -196 Lemon Vodka Seltzer. On the other hand, agave aficionados can indulge in labels including Sammy Hagar and Guy Fieri’s Santo, Padre Azul, Ate Tequila, Luna Nueva, Mezcal Union and El Cristiano.
To complement La Jolla’s coastal view as you imbibe in your tipple of choice, guests can also enjoy live music, thrilling entertainment, and the opportunity to mingle among top industry professionals. There’s also the crowning of the San Diego Spirits Festival International Bottle Competition winners, including best overall and in categories for whiskey, rum, brandy, gin, vodka, agave spirits, liqueur and RTDs.
Since 2009, the annual San Diego Spirits Festival has brought the best of the craft cocktail scene together and has been recognized as “one of the best cocktail festivals in America” by Fodors Travel Guide and voted “Must-Try Festival of the Year” by Premier Traveler. Now in its 14th year, the San Diego Spirits Festival has quickly grown into one of the largest cocktail festivals in the country.
San Diego Spirits Festival 2023 will take place from 3 to 7 pm on Saturday, 7 October and from 1 to 5 pm on Sunday 8 October.
General admission single day tickets, which include unlimited cocktails and a one-day pass to return to MCASD, begin at US$100 for individuals on Saturday 7 October and US$90 for individuals on Sunday 8 October. General admission group passes are available for parties of five or more, beginning at US$85 each for Saturday and US$80 each for Sunday. VIP tickets, available exclusively for Saturday, are priced at US$200 and include an annual pass to MCASD, access to an exclusive VIP area with tastings from top International Bottle Competition winners and more. All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
