One of our favourite places to catch a rum tipple, Caribbean restaurant and bar Lime House will be hosting UK-based award-winning mixologist and global rum ambassador Ian Burrell as part of Singapore Cocktail Week on Sunday 13 March 2016 for a Caribbean brunch.
Burrell, who is also the founder and brains behind the “UK RumFest: The Rum Experience“, was recently in town for Rum Jam, but is back again to present his favourite rum-based cocktails – each at $14++ – that you can pair with the Caribbean-style brunch. Get to build your own brunch by picking your bread (Carribean fried bake or in-house freshly baked coconut bread, choose your style of eggs, and then select from over 10 traditional Caribbean ingredients like saltfish and jerk chicken to complete your meal.
Price per person is $32++ for the brunch, and includes a Lime House signature homemade rum punch (10% off food orders for wristband holders). Cocktails are charged separately.
