As part of Singapore Cocktail Week, NOX – Dine In The Dark will be having a special cocktail pairing session with its dining menu every day Saturday 12 March to Saturday 19 March from 6pm… that you enjoy in utter darkness.
If you’ve not dined at NOX – Dine In The Dark, you might be missing out on one of the most curious dining concepts ever – it basically brings you on a culinary journey in total darkness and forcing you to rely on your sense of taste, touch and smell. There’s also a mystery prix fixe menu makes the experience all the more enigmatic, but this time paired with three different cocktails concocted by head bartender Thomas Sobota to complement your food.
At the end of your meal – which by the way is served by sight-impaired wait staff – you’ll be encouraged to identify the different dishes and cocktails (and the ingredients that went into them) that you had. It’s a lot harder than it sounds, but it’s great fun.
Price is $50++ per person. Reservations are required.
