Creative multi-concept venue Telok Ayer Arts Club will be hosting its inaugural Telok Ayer Cocktail Club session on Monday 31 December 2018 from 8pm till late to celebrate the coming of the New Year.
For New Year’s Eve, Telok Ayer Arts Club will be featuring a limited New Year’s Eve cocktail degustation menu by beverage manager and head bartender Din Hassan, a selection of cocktails that combines the best of Southeast Asian flavours, distilled in a clever reinvention of well-known classics, tastefully suited to local palates.
Conceptualised as a set meal and served with tantalising edible garnishes, Din masterfully concocts “appetisers” such as seaweed infused Sea Salt Martini and the tangy Kaffir Lime Bellini. Served as a “main”, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers is fresh and smooth with Mount Gay rum and Maracatu Cachaca, taking centre stage. To finish, Gin n’ Roses, a tribute to Bandung, our nation’s well-loved drink; and Bobowl Cha Cha – whipped up based on a secret recipe, are presented for “dessert”.
The Telok Ayer Cocktail Club: New Year’s Eve edition menu is priced at S$68++ for a set of three, S$100++ for a set of five, or S$25++ per cocktail. Note that there are limited servings per day of the special cocktails and reservations are strongly encouraged.
